You notice the Ones
in the Air, between you

and the point.  You move
your hands below, as you

anticipate the fall.
You wiggle your knees,

and bounce your hips,
to keep them loose.

Your spine springs up
stacked from your root,

to keep it tight.
The orbs in the hands

do not mean anything.
It is the motion

that sets them alive:
The act of having,

and not having,
simultaneously.

A figure 8 you can feel,
as you create

a vortex with your rhythm.
It will carry you,

until you trip the circuit.
And spit out, you start

again."
